This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

The Zelth mobile application and related services ("App", "Platform", or "Service") are owned and operated by:

(hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our")

By downloading, installing, or using the Zelth App or any of its services, you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Zelth provides a health and fitness platform that includes the following services:

• Zelth Coach: An AI-powered personalised coaching service that generates daily workout, nutrition, and lifestyle tasks tailored to each user's goals, health profile, and preferences.
• Fitness Challenges: Community-based fitness challenges where users can participate, track progress, and compete with others on leaderboards.
• Meal Tracking: Tools for logging meals and receiving AI-assisted macro and calorie breakdowns.
• Progress Insights: Personalised observations and progress summaries generated periodically based on user activity data.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with or without notice.

4.1 Age: The Platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4.2 Account Registration: You must register an account using a valid Indian mobile number (+91). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.3 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated. Providing false health or personal information may result in unsuitable coaching recommendations and account suspension.

4.4 One Account Per User: You may not create more than one account. The Company reserves the right to suspend duplicate accounts.

5.1 Zelth Premium: Certain features of the Platform — including Zelth Coach — are available under a paid subscription ("Zelth Premium") priced at ₹299 per month (or as otherwise notified in the App at the time of purchase).

5.2 Payment: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through third-party payment gateways. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.

5.3 Pricing Changes: The Company reserves the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5.4 Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

6.1 To initiate a cancellation and refund within the eligible window, contact us at admin@zelth.life with your registered mobile number and transaction details. Requests must be received within 7 calendar days of your original payment date.

6.2 Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing timelines.

6.3 No Partial Refunds: Zelth does not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false or fabricated fitness activity data or challenge completion evidence.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, streaks, or challenge outcomes through dishonest means.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Platform.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.
• Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party rights.

The workout, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations provided by Zelth Coach are generated for general informational and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any new exercise or diet programme, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns.

The Company assumes no liability for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome arising from following recommendations generated by the Platform. By using Zelth Coach, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI-generated coaching content, software, and the overall design — is the property of MYTECHNOLOGIES BRAND SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services including Strava, payment gateways, and other fitness platforms. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and the Company is not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

When you connect a third-party service to your Zelth account, you authorise us to access the data you provide through that connection for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• AI-generated coaching recommendations will meet your specific fitness or health goals.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹299, whichever is lower.

13.1 By You: You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. Cancellation of Zelth Premium within the 7-day refund window entitles you to a full refund as described in Section 6.

13.2 By Us: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at the Company's sole discretion.

13.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14 shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute by contacting our Grievance Officer (Section 16) and allowing 30 days for resolution.

The Company may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email to your registered address. The revised Terms will reflect an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, the details of the Grievance Officer are provided below. You may also use these details to submit refund requests.
